1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ICE E-SKILL website and enrolment in any diploma, certificate, modular, vocational or AI-related course offered by ICE E-SKILL ("ICE", "we", "us" or "our"), whether at our own centres or through authorised franchise branches. By accessing our website, submitting an admission form, or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2Admission & Enrolment

• Admission to any course is subject to submission of a completed admission form along with the required documents and applicable fee.
• Course details such as duration, fee and eligibility, as published on this website or in our prospectus, are indicative and may be revised from time to time; the current details confirmed at the time of admission will apply.
• Seats and batch timings are subject to availability and may be assigned at the discretion of the respective study centre.
• Some short courses and specialised modules may be introduced only after instructor availability, lab resources and curriculum readiness are confirmed at a given centre.

3Course Fees & Payment

• Course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission, either as a single payment or in agreed instalments where offered.
• Any software subscriptions, examination fees, certificate fees or other charges outside the base course fee, where applicable, will be clearly disclosed before enrolment.
• Fees once paid are generally non-transferable to another individual unless approved by the study centre.
• We do not guarantee any specific job placement or income outcome from any course; course fees reflect the training, projects and support actually provided.

4Refund & Cancellation

Refund and cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis by the respective study centre in line with its published refund policy at the time of admission. Please refer to your admission/fee receipt or contact your study centre directly for the specific refund terms applicable to your course.

5Attendance & Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and satisfactory conduct at the study centre and its computer labs.
• Misuse of lab equipment, software or facilities, or any disruptive or unsafe conduct, may result in disciplinary action, including suspension of training, at the discretion of the study centre.
• Students are responsible for the confidentiality of their own login credentials for any online learning tools or portals provided.

6Certification

• Certificates are issued only on successful completion of the applicable course requirements, including attendance, assessments and project/portfolio work where prescribed.
• Certificate authenticity can be checked through the Certificate Verification section of this website.
• ICE reserves the right to withhold or revoke a certificate where admission or assessment records are found to be incomplete, false or fraudulent.

7Intellectual Property

All course material, study content, branding, logos and website content are the property of ICE E-SKILL (or its licensors) and are provided for personal learning use only. Reproduction, resale or redistribution of course material without written permission is not permitted.

8Franchise & Branches

ICE courses may be delivered directly or through authorised franchise/branch centres. While we work to maintain consistent standards across centres, day-to-day admission, scheduling and facility matters are managed locally by each centre. For franchise enquiries, please use the "Request a Franchise" form on this website; submission of an enquiry does not constitute approval of a franchise.

9Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or connected networks. Course fees, benchmarks and other figures shown on the website are provided for general information and are subject to revision.

10Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and up to date, ICE E-SKILL makes no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of all content, and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on the information published on it, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jorhat, Assam.
